Greetings and welcome to 1spiricallove Church. Thank you for being a part of this community. First I want to say, that the holidays are approaching us. That means the hustle and bustle of life just gets more chaotic in the next few months.
The chaos brings stress. Low and behold, we get a new adventure in life, called sickness, illness, disease. In order to help prevent that we need to be a little prepared.
No matter how busy life gets, your own health is first and foremost. If you can’t take care of yourself, then you can’t take care of anything. Now as you prepare a little moment for you, to help you combat sickness, illness, disease is getting educated.
We find that everything changes in life, nothing is permanent. The changes create stress. When you are prepared for stress, who will conquer, you are the stress? Is stress your friend or foe, only you can choose.
One of my weapons of choose, I pick only one from time to time. Today’s weapon is sodium. Now sodium same as any particular food group you choose, will help you choose if it’s friend or foe.
My food choices will be different than others because I’m over age 50 and I have no thyroid. So my in take will be lower, plus being retired less active. Also, medical issues play a critical role in how the body processes nutrients. Always start with micro foods before macro foods.
Micro are minerals. Usually I only add a pinch of salt to Whats I eat. When I’m cooking, I learned that the salt create a lot of foam that the heat creates expansion. Every thing in life is expansion and contraction. So, it makes sense that my stove is now wearing some of the food I’m cooking lol.
Now, I no longer add salt to what I cook, only what a I eat at the time. My thyroid was taken away 30 years ago and I avoid salt for 28 years. Since last year I started adding pinches of salt to my food.
Another item I’m learning from one of my cookbooks is about protein. An average size man needs 56 grams is protein per day. A woman needs 44 grams per day. Now most people don’t get what average means. Example, in an 8 hour work day, you must be physically active for 6 hours.
Staying physically active stops atrophy and helps to keep building strength training. Why do you think I was female in landscaping for 33 years. Because, I wanted to, of course not, it was for my health in strength training. A blue collar job is very physically demanding, and you need the correct micro nutrients to perform your job, to the best of your ability.
People use to always tell me, that being a female that I should have less physically active job. They were too busy judging me as a female instead of as a human being. In the end I take no prescription drugs, highly educated, and they have more health issues than they bargained for.
Stop and think, is your judgement creating stress in your life, because you believe that you are the judgement police? Judgment is creating your own sickness, illness, disease, because it is a deadly sin.
Start today, on your path from life path to soul path, Conquering friend or foe in what you consume and judge. Just for today pick your armor of you will have to conquer in life Whats important to you.
Today my armor to battle the war of sickness, illness, disease is taking into the account salt. I will document my salt intake everyday. At the end of one month, I will see how much I have consumed and how much left through 6 hours of physical strength training.
Only you can train yourself to create friend or foe in your nutritional plan.

The weather is changing and time to start baking.
Marinated bacon before baking. Mix – turmeric, ginkgo, clove, lavender, aloe Vera juice, seed oil blend either olive oil or coconut oil.
Seed oil blend (power house of seeds) – 3 different types is seed mix together. When cooled add olive oil. Mix well. 2nd batch 3 different types of seed baked. When cooled mix with coconut oil.
1 pound of bacon diced. Then marinate with blended seed oil. Bake for 30 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
In mixing bowl – 1/4 of marinated baked bacon, 2 eggs, 1 small diced yam, YU Choy, baked power house of seed oil, aloe Vera juice, leeks, 2 pinches Himalayas salt.
Bake 40 minutes in toaster oven. Let cool then eat.

Basically, when you start getting tired, after doing the same task for too long, it is a time for change. That means take a break from Whats you are doing. Every two hours you must change task. Your brain is not getting enough oxygen and your body needs fuel.
Every two hours I eat and switch gears. That’s why at work you get a break every two hours. Eating can consist of many products or just one, like a piece of fruit.
I enjoy sweet foods. In plant-based food, for example a sliced apple with agave syrup drizzled on top. 1st is morning coffee with 15 ingredients in a mug. A mug is 1.5 cups. Then my 2nd mug is with morning tea of 4 ingredients. Then sliced fruit with drizzled agave syrup.
During work it takes time to include this all. After retirement it now takes 3 hours to consume. This is why I never get hungry. I was always hungry, never enough food. I created a new lifestyle after my 3rd cancer.
Now I take breaks every two hours same as when working, just a different atmosphere in the comfort of where I choose. When you business you are a business owner. Health doesn’t care about business. So my health is 1st, business 2nd.
Today’s movie that I started watching yesterday, Mafia Momma. It is a 2023 movie, action, comedy, drama. It has its moments. I don’t get into drama movies, because there is too much in real life. Movies are fantasies to take you away from the real world.
I am rating the movie with 2 thumbs up. 👍 👍.
Each day gets better after cancer, when you know the direction, in creating the life you deserve.

I was blessed in this life with hypoglycemic, low blood sugar, not diabetic. Never enough sugar in my world. I must eat 6 times a day. Otherwise no energy, no stamina, and just want to sleep 24/7.
As a wholistic nutritionist, growing plants at the age of 12, and creating for 40 years, my lifestyle. After my 3rd different cancer, sinus cancer, I created the 7 categories in plant-based foods.
All meals are healthy and natural. I have to throw in some fun and have a party in my mouth. With a very unique one-of-a-kind recipe. I create new a new recipe every week. each meal contains anywhere from 20 to 40 ingredients.
This week for breakfast – Fruit trilogy. Diced apple, kiwi, and pomegranate mixed. Then drizzle with blue agave syrup.
This size of container, usually 2 cups to a meal. I eat every 2 hours and I have no body fat. Blood pressure is normal. Always getting tested at the cancer hospital. Once you have cancer you have to go to the cancer for 5 years. They want to make sure no reoccurring.
Life can get stressful. To help with that stress I created wonderful meals, that are better tasting and healthier than a 5 star restaurant.
In this small snack that I call breakfast, you can eat cold or heat up. It is packed full of minerals. That is the micro nutrients in vitamins.
Eat what the body needs, not what the ego wants. After my 3rd different cancer, I’m now allergic to thousands of foods. I have done much testing on food nutrients, but want to have a party in my mouth.
I love life and life loves me.

I always share through different archetypes, in order to conquer the hundreds there are, in existence around the world. This way I can say, been there, done that and conquered, next.
Life is about conquering what you are afraid of. The fear is what you create. By creating optical illusions you are telling your self, that you enjoy that path in life. You must enjoy it, or you would keep doing it.
With every archetype known to man, I have tried it, starting when I was a baby in diapers. Basically, challenges are merely child’s play in my world. Always have been and always will be.
I never really ate vegetables until I was 18 years old. Then I thought, to myself, that if I have to eat this then I have to eat it my way, or no way at all. So I got an indoor BBQ. After trying it out, it was nice, but not what I was looking for.
I have always believed that if something is not fun, then Whats is the point in doing it. In my early 20’s began the challenge to conquer the world of vegetables. I am always busy and I forget to eat sometimes.
To me, food and eating was just something to do. In order to make food personal and fun, because I am a very creative person. This began my road to wholistic nutrition in the 4 quadrants in personality.
With 40 years under my belt in the world of vegetables, I have achieved so much. It really came in handy after my 3rd different cancer, sinus cancer. I’m now allergic to thousands of foods.
One of the new recipes is called, Pumpkin seed wake me, or pumpkin seed snap. I will test it out on neighbors to give me feedback back.
As a scientist I test everything that interest me. The other recipe is called, Alternative potato salad. I love potato’s but, they love me. So, I created a recipe with yams, pumpkin, jicama, and herbs, with a snap in flavor. It’s all plant-based.
The alternative potato salad, is health, will clean you out, lighten your skin, and helps to illuminate fine lines. It is very healthy same as all my meals. The body is the temple and should be treated as such.
My adventures in creating one-of-kind recipes were all stimulated from a young girl that hated veggies. I Concordes that fear.
Key point – learn to love your hates. It is the road to your happiness.
