Challenge today:

Greetings and welcome to 1spiricallove NPO INC. A spiritual gathering place for all. I am Reverend, Dr., Lewis.

Today’s sermon/session challenge. I challenge myself constantly and all bipedal molecules should always challenge self. This helps to grow in personal growth by throwing fear in the garbage. Seriously who needs fear, who wants fear, to create an early path into your grave. Well you can have fun in the world.

I myself have too much fun in life by understanding conquering fear through the concept, places to go, people to see and things to do. I’m way too busy to play the game of fear.

It takes time and patience with self to surpass fear and laugh at it. After 3 different cancers and side effects from radiation and chemotherapy cancer treatments, life becomes easy.

Challenges I create for myself to help me grow in fun. I lost 9 years of my life and my memory was separated by the radiation cancer treatments burn the cancer in my head. I had to relearn who I was. Now I’m processing and conquering everything that decides to invade my space. I find that is extremely boring, like as if it will rock my world. I just laugh and say, the best has come and gone next.

Today’s challenge very surprising because I usually my chemical compounds are relegating in a different hemisphere than most. I’m allergic to thousands of foods now. Today I surpassed my usual mileage. With side effects I usually only burn 10 maybe 20 calories a day. My chemicals become of cancer and treatments my body now burns energy now fat. I have no body fat. My body burns energy meaning my muscles do not get the energy it needs because I burn it before hand. Basically my muscles are falling apart. That’s why I eat 6 times a day.

Today I went well above my usual mileage. My treat is trying out 2 different types of plant based ice cream. My meals for the next few days is cooked in one pot – beef chorizo with veggies, herbs, red rice. Boy oh boy, amazing how I have sinus blockage easy because I had sinus cancer and eat meal, the sinus passage is fully open. If you like spicy foods then you will love beef chorizo.

Blessings to all.

Barbie world.

When I was in college I wanted the full experience and live in a dormitory. However, in the realms of reality my children and husband couldn’t live there, plus I had a job. I only had part-time for college. I always thought about girls in a dormitory room. You have to think of every square inch of living space for the next 4 to 6 years of your life. It’s your home away from home.

Most of my live I believed that I didn’t need much space. My dream finally came true when I was 56 years old. I finally have an RV. Now I’m like living in a little bigger than a dormitory room.

I have lived here for over 7 years. I will stay until I’m retired and then it’s time to move. By then I will have finally lived my full dream in a tiny space. I finally realized recently that I’m living in a dojo in a Barbie world to become a master.

A person goes to a dojo and learns martial arts from a sensei. A sensei is a master. I have finally learned that as a human being I do need space. My RV I my work office and business office, plus my workshop, laboratory, and my home.

In college I changed my major 11 times. Nothing was quite the right fit. That’s why I spent 25 years in college to find the right fit. Fact is the right fit was not where I found my career or path in life. I finally discovered that I live in a dojo in a Barbie world, Barbie dream home to become a master. A master of my own destiny.

I have 2 doctor degrees and I want 5 world medicines under my belt. I’m building to become a master. When I have achieved 5 different world medicines under my belt and all 5 business fully functional, I will then be a master of my own destiny.

I am strong and independent after 3 different cancers. Key – if I can do it then you can do it. In time our paths will cross and I can teach you also how to become a master. Learn your Mac skills. If you don’t know what they are then I will guide you into finding you.

In my dojo in my Barbie dream home I’m creating a new life after 3 different cancers. I finally have my kitchen the way I want. A lot of magic happens there. The magic of love that I give to myself in order to grow in personal growth. My health is getting better slowly each day. I finally have a 6 tiered spice rack. I like the glass spice jars with bamboo lids. I hope someday to find a 6 tiered bamboo spice rack to replace the plexiglass. I now have 2 different oil spouts and just discovered I need 3 more. I finally have my butcher block and steel cylinder holder for utensils.

Slowly my Barbie dream home will be exactly the way I want it. Took years to build my dream home and live my dream life. Gone is where the heart is. Family is love. Food is love. I will move when I’m retired to be closer to family and set up a new dream home.

Blessings from Reverend, Dr., Lewis.

Holy smack!! 😆😆

Greetings and welcome to 1SPIRICALLOVE NPO INC, spirituality in a modern world, thank you for being a part of this community.

I am Reverend, DR., Lewis, D.Div., Ph.D.

Today’s sermon session is learning the world in, upon and of change. A Reverend is the same thing as a Priest, Preacher, Rabbi, etc., a person of the cloth that was called. We are all chosen through the path of life to the path of soul.

Only those that hear the calling and choose to accept who they are will hear the calling. Everyday is a challenge for me after 3 different cancers plus radiation and chemotherapy cancer treatments. According to the cancer hospital you must go to the cancer hospital for 5 years and then you are considered cancer free. As of April 2026 I am now cancer free from my 3rd cancer.

During radiation and chemotherapy cancer treatments many of my tissue cells were damaged and many are permanently damaged. I’m allergic to thousands of foods after the cancer and treatments. I lost 9 years of my life and have 78 medical doctors and 38 MD doctors at the cancer hospital.

Since it all started I had to create my own physical therapy. During cancer I could only eat 15 items or I was in severe pain. During chemotherapy a person can’t eat. I went from 165 pounds to 104 pounds and no body fat because I didn’t eat for 4 months.

It was and still is a very hard road to travel. Many humans tell me, I don’t know how you do it. Many said that I look dead and was the walking dead. Many prayed for me. As my health with my own physical therapy and my own creation in wholistic nutrition, I have created a beautiful life.

Now I have gained weight because it was my goal. My skin will be happy living in 125 pounds. As my health continues to grow into whom I am meant to become I am a warrior not a survivor. I will conquer life and take it. I am the ruler of my destiny.

Within this world it now gives me a chance to finally do what I was meant to. Capture my life in my way. You can only control yourself, you can’t control a person place or thing.

I have been through 3 different wars and have many battle scares to prove this. Cancer is a war that only a few are strong enough to conquer.

For the past 3 years I have been creating very unique meals, because I’m allergic to thousands of foods. I have discovered many worlds in food nutrition. Most recipes contain 20 to 40 ingredients.

I’m allergic to pork. Today I am trying beef chorizo. Holy Smack!! My taste buds is discovering a world I forgot. It’s not in line with my dosha. This recipe is kale topped with fried beef chorizo, topped with boiled egg and yogurt. I don’t like sour cream and I use yogurt instead.

This receipt tastes like a gallon of spicy chiles. I haven’t eaten pork chorizo for 35 years. That was a life time ago. Eat what the body needs not what the ego wants. Health first tastes second. This is lunch. For breakfast I had cut up 2 small apples and yogurt with a glass of water.

I drink water all day and 1 cup of coffee in the morning. For dinner I already cooked what I will eat. Variety is the spice of life.

Before cancer I walked 11 miles a day. After cancer I was lucky to walk less than a quarter of a block. Building my health I actually walked over 2 miles yesterday. Life is an interesting place to visit.

Blessings from Reverend Lewis.
