I am allergic to processed foods. I get very physically ill. I’m allergic to chocolate because it’s processed. I’m now looking for cocoa beans in order to make chocolate liqueur for the holidays. In my travels of cocoa I came across this article. The big deal is it is naturally part of the chemicals in the dirt. It is natural.
