Baked bacon, egg, yam, veggies

Greeting and welcome to 1spiricallove Church. Thank you for being a part of this community.

The weather is changing and time to start baking.

Marinated bacon before baking. Mix – turmeric, ginkgo, clove, lavender, aloe Vera juice, seed oil blend either olive oil or coconut oil.

Seed oil blend (power house of seeds) – 3 different types is seed mix together. When cooled add olive oil. Mix well. 2nd batch 3 different types of seed baked. When cooled mix with coconut oil.

1 pound of bacon diced. Then marinate with blended seed oil. Bake for 30 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

In mixing bowl – 1/4 of marinated baked bacon, 2 eggs, 1 small diced yam, YU Choy, baked power house of seed oil, aloe Vera juice, leeks, 2 pinches Himalayas salt.

Bake 40 minutes in toaster oven. Let cool then eat.

Wholistic nutritionist breakfast

I was blessed in this life with hypoglycemic, low blood sugar, not diabetic. Never enough sugar in my world. I must eat 6 times a day. Otherwise no energy, no stamina, and just want to sleep 24/7.

As a wholistic nutritionist, growing plants at the age of 12, and creating for 40 years, my lifestyle. After my 3rd different cancer, sinus cancer, I created the 7 categories in plant-based foods.

All meals are healthy and natural. I have to throw in some fun and have a party in my mouth. With a very unique one-of-a-kind recipe. I create new a new recipe every week. each meal contains anywhere from 20 to 40 ingredients.

This week for breakfast – Fruit trilogy. Diced apple, kiwi, and pomegranate mixed. Then drizzle with blue agave syrup.

This size of container, usually 2 cups to a meal. I eat every 2 hours and I have no body fat. Blood pressure is normal. Always getting tested at the cancer hospital. Once you have cancer you have to go to the cancer for 5 years. They want to make sure no reoccurring.

Life can get stressful. To help with that stress I created wonderful meals, that are better tasting and healthier than a 5 star restaurant.

In this small snack that I call breakfast, you can eat cold or heat up. It is packed full of minerals. That is the micro nutrients in vitamins.

Eat what the body needs, not what the ego wants. After my 3rd different cancer, I’m now allergic to thousands of foods. I have done much testing on food nutrients, but want to have a party in my mouth.

I love life and life loves me.

4 new recipes for Yala cookbook.

I always share through different archetypes, in order to conquer the hundreds there are, in existence around the world. This way I can say, been there, done that and conquered, next.

Life is about conquering what you are afraid of. The fear is what you create. By creating optical illusions you are telling your self, that you enjoy that path in life. You must enjoy it, or you would keep doing it.

With every archetype known to man, I have tried it, starting when I was a baby in diapers. Basically, challenges are merely child’s play in my world. Always have been and always will be.

I never really ate vegetables until I was 18 years old. Then I thought, to myself, that if I have to eat this then I have to eat it my way, or no way at all. So I got an indoor BBQ. After trying it out, it was nice, but not what I was looking for.

I have always believed that if something is not fun, then Whats is the point in doing it. In my early 20’s began the challenge to conquer the world of vegetables. I am always busy and I forget to eat sometimes.

To me, food and eating was just something to do. In order to make food personal and fun, because I am a very creative person. This began my road to wholistic nutrition in the 4 quadrants in personality.

With 40 years under my belt in the world of vegetables, I have achieved so much. It really came in handy after my 3rd different cancer, sinus cancer. I’m now allergic to thousands of foods.

One of the new recipes is called, Pumpkin seed wake me, or pumpkin seed snap. I will test it out on neighbors to give me feedback back.

As a scientist I test everything that interest me. The other recipe is called, Alternative potato salad. I love potato’s but, they love me. So, I created a recipe with yams, pumpkin, jicama, and herbs, with a snap in flavor. It’s all plant-based.

The alternative potato salad, is health, will clean you out, lighten your skin, and helps to illuminate fine lines. It is very healthy same as all my meals. The body is the temple and should be treated as such.

My adventures in creating one-of-kind recipes were all stimulated from a young girl that hated veggies. I Concordes that fear.

Key point – learn to love your hates. It is the road to your happiness.
