Each day brings new challenges.

I pretty much work 7 days a week, just not typical 8 hours of work. I have this pattern for over 50 years. It’s a normal way of life when you have a lot of things to take care of.

As a woman it is extremely important to understand in physical health and mental health, there is no day off in strength training. I am hard core work, hard core rest, hard core play. I hold a high standard to what I create in life and expect the same from others.

After my 3rd different cancer plus radiation and chemotherapy cancer treatments, hard core maintenance is extremely important. Growing and studying plants from the age of 12 years old doing college level work on my own. I needed to know the chemical compounds.

Through out my life I have wrapped my life around plants. I am a wholistic nutritionist for 40 years. I knew with cancer and cancer treatments I had to get the chemical compounds out of my body. As usual I created a low carb no body fat diet. 3 times in my life I lost 50 pounds in 6 months.

I recently finished this process again. I went from 165 pounds to 104 pounds. Since I was in strength training most of my life and living a very healthy lifestyle, losing weight was easy. Now it’s time to start packing on pounds. My goal is 125 pounds. Every day working on new goals in health.

I have noticed that many humans take a lot of medication and in my mind that makes no sense. When you keep following so called experts to help you with your health, always ask yourself what will they get out of the situation. When a so called expert has ulterior motives. This means they want you to stay sick so they call keep collecting a paycheck.

The more chemicals you consume the more ill health gets worse over time. For me it’s rocket science, it is logic. Now I have a little over 5 years cancer free I’m constantly upgrading many things in life. For instance suppose I eat something or drink something everyday, eventually your body becomes allergic to that item.

I learned a lot after my 3rd cancer of how I’m now allergic to thousands of foods. For today I’m trying out more open faced sandwiches. I stopped eating bread 25 years ago because it made me physically sick. Today I created an open faced double burger sandwich with no bread.

It is grass feed beef on indoor grill. Topped with a mix of herbs, chopped green onions, diced celery, and parsley. I mixed the topping together then layered on beef patties. Top that with kale. The kale is my bread. On each patty is plant-based mayo. For the side I am trying out tallow & sea salt house cut fries.

I’m allergic to tomatoes, so I will dip the fries into no flavor yogurt. This will be an experience and experiment. In time I will create a nice dip for French fries. Of course they are baked fries.

Blessings from Reverend, Dr., Lewis.
