I’m 5 years cancer free and slowly my health is getting better. Lots of work creating a new me. I created a low carb no fat diet after cancer treatments. I went from 165 pounds to 104 pound and no body fat. I started a few moons ago building my strength.

I have finally made it to 110 pounds very little body fat. I’m 5’3” and 62 years old. It feels good to start gaining weight in a healthy way.

I went from pure vegan to vegetarian, change a few things and added animal by products. Now I’m adding sea meat and land meat.

I have done this 3 times in my life losing 50 pounds in 6 months, wholistic nutritionist for 40 years. Aerobics for 40 years, strength training for 40 years, etc.

I was up to walking 11 miles a day, 600 crunches a day 4 days a week, and jogging bleachers up and down 25 times 4 days a week, then my 3rd cancer hit. I was in training for 2 different types of competition. All that work disappeared because of cancer.

I’m now 9 months retired because of my health. I’m in the process of organizing my home and my life into a new lifestyle.
