With all things in life change is inevitable. When we learn to flow with change life starts a new path whether we want it to or not. Example: every time you think a negative word you create your own karmic debt. To change the flow of energy is to change your own karmic debt into positive karmic credit.
Today is a holiday to some people. Since I was married with a husband that is from Guadalajara Mexico I know all about traditional ethic Mexican dishes. I prefer my own cooking over a restaurants cooking.
My cooking contains Mexican food plus a lot of international foods in one meal. Each meal contains cancer fighting herbs world wide. Today’s holiday for some is cinco de Mayo. My meal will include about 30 ingredients in each meal to celebrate the holiday.
I do not waste my time, money or energy on drugs, alcohol, or tobacco. I celebrate life with healthy living since I was 18 years old and 62 years old, with 3 different cancers under my belt.
I create my world as a warrior. The world doesn’t create me as a survivor. Many men and women have told me that, “you don’t need anyone in your life”.
Part of my fun is breeding and fighting dragons and monsters in Dragon City and Monster legends. My new dragon that I just won today in Dragon City – Fiesta Dragon. The egg will take two days to incubate. Then the dragon goes into the habitat.
I’m up to 266 dragons. There are 2190 dragons in all to collect. When I play it’s my down time in physical time rest. We must rest the brain, body, and emotion periodically throughout the day. We are human not machines.
Be good to yourself and be patient with you self, otherwise you create your own stress, and that is the best karma you can ask for.
Became an educated consumer in your own karma, in order to become a wise consumer.
