Transcend the Transparencies of Cosmic Consciousness
Always start with baby steps into any adventure in life. A baby step is always a thought that creates an action. A thought is an action. A thought is a holographic action. When a thought transpires into a physical action, it is then an action in 3D 3rd dimension in earths physical realm of the human 5 senses. To change any action in holographic or physical = self must create a new pattern of behavioral patterns.
A thought pattern is a path or road of redundant rut of tunnel vision. The human brain only sees images. The human emotion attaches emotion to images in order to create a picture of human attachments. Human attachments create perception of perceiving owns own identity of belonging. A thought of belongs is merely a belonging in 3D 3rd dimension.
To transcend from 3D 3rd dimension, self must detach, in order to open doors within the human mind. The human mind can evolve within new thought patterns. Transcending in new thought patterns creates new visions. Visions to see what can be instead of what is. To live in what is, is merely a thought pattern in 3D 3rd dimension. Does self-choose what is in the reality of 3D 3rd dimension or what is in 4D 4th dimension? They are one in the same.
Can you see the tree in the forest? It is only a matter of choice. 3D 3rd dimension in earths physical realm of the human 5 senses. Humans have more than 6 senses. Clinging to only 5 senses is but limitations self puts on self.
To learn to love self is a hard road, however when we begin to learn who we (self) are, is when the doors in consciousness open with new awareness.
The Healthy Ego
To attain this confident state, you must evaluate yourself and understand your ego. This requires self-observation; you must look at yourself with laser vision. Then, when you know who you are, your development as a “human becoming’ is set in motion.
Transactional analysis transcribes Freud’s three categories of human consciousness – id, ego, and superego – into the child, the adult, and the parent. I use three corresponding classifications to describe the personality; the basic self, the mind, and the soul.
The ego I’m discussing here is twofold. The healthy ego combines all three parts of consciousness. It is powerful because it is connected to your soul, which is a wiser part of you that gives you the detachment necessary to handle your emotions and express yourself in a positive way.
The other, unhealthy ego is a dysfunctional combination of id (the child) and ego. It is the part of you that is emotionally immature and reactive, born of fear that sets up self-imposed limitations. The unhealthy ego gives rise to ego blockage.

Numbers in hierarchy of consciousness.
Numbers change probability of past, present, and future moments in time.
The only thing constant in life is change. Chi is energy that is constantly changing, which then creates the symbologies and metaphors that are creations presented to us on a daily basis.
Each change is new probability that creates a new change. Change is constant. The fluctuation of vibrational vibrations of rhythmic rhythms changes the velocity of patterns. These patterns are an intercut web of numbers and the numbers are infinite and constantly changing.
The sensation of time for change is now. From time to time – I am given a sensation it is time for change. This change is in personal growth. Every day is an opportunity in personal growth.
Wholistic nutrition – cleanse 4 bodies of being in order to create a balanced core. For me it is time for a spiritual cleansing. A spiritual cleansing is a cleansing that connects with universal consciousness.
Hierarchy of consciousness -1) sub-conscious, 2) conscious, 3) higher conscious, 4) cosmic conscious, and 5) universal conscious. The human 5 senses must be at the peak of higher consciousness in order to pass through to cosmic consciousness.
All 22 chakras create higher consciousness.
In order for personal growth to take me to the next level, it is time for a spiritual journey for me.
The wonderful thing about life is I do not have the time, money, or energy to waste on any type of substance to reach a higher state of consciousness.
My last auric pic a few years back, the lady told me – whatever you are doing keep it up, because all your chakras are open. I watched a movie once for about 10 minutes. It was called eat, pray, love. After 10 minutes I was bored. I thought, why waste all that time, money, and energy to find something that you already have, seems really silly to me.
I teach to reconnect mind/body/emotion/spirit into 1 love – self-love.
Point – why would anyone travel the world to find themselves, when all they have to do is to learn how to love themselves and the doors are always wide open.
A spiritual journey for a beginner is from the inside out. If you have been on a spiritual journey many times like me, it begins in present moment past earth’s physical realm. One day I gave myself permission, I do that quite frequently, when it is time, when I know I am ready for universal law for whatever desire I seek. That means I have already done my research extensively. It was a moment in my life for a time of change. I gave myself permission to bring my dream state into my waking state to be as one state of being.
I always had this capability, but I choose not to use it for many years, until I was ready. Now the spirit realm, which is the 8th chakra, is part of a normal everyday life for me. A person must always respect universal law.

TRUTH
Truth is when connection of self in core of being is 1.
Core of being – Mental body, physical body, emotional body, and spiritual body.
All 4 bodies of being have to be in synchronicity as 1 on earths physical plane of existence.
Connection from core of being to cosmic consciousness on a parallel dimension of self.
You live in 2 worlds. If things are going great for you in waking life, then things are going bad for you on a parallel dimension in the astro plane of existence
Connection is from the subconscious to the consciousness to the cosmic consciousness.
It is only the tip of the ice berg in connections of self, past the physical planes of existence and into the astro plane of existence,
The physical and astro planes of existence are as 1 in 3D 3rd dimension in time/space and mass/matter.
Meditation is 1 key to connections with core of being. But it is only a tip of the ice berg in communication in parallel universes.
Only you can connect you with you. It is only through self love beyond human conditional love and unconditional love, past the realms.
Everything is a need to know basis. Timing is when you need to know and the truth will come.
The soul is the teacher to the spirit that is the student. The spirit is the teacher to the human that is the student. The mathematical concepts are within the soul that contains the knowledge of connections to truth.
That is life – life is school – universe is university – self is one with all.
It is now 3:55 am and time to prepare for meditation.

Thoughts are past,
Thoughts are future,
To be in past or future is too live in a dimension other then present moment.
Present moment is being. Thoughts are actions.
To do is to act
To be is core of being, which is connected to center.
Center of universe is seed. Seed is being. Thoughts create actions within seeds, that are within consciousness.
Still mind meditation is being in core of consciousness.
Seed is same as egg. Thoughts formulate action, which is chaos in seed/egg.
Life began in chaos in egg. Life began in thought in seed. It is one in the same.
Human history is action. Core of being is infinite.
You create your thoughts and you create your world within consciousness
Choose your thoughts wisely.
