  1. Getting healthy is also a goal I have. It can be hard to keep things going. Life can through you curveballs and before you know it, that healthy routine is not so routine anymore. Some good choices have helped me. Doing the stairs instead of the elevator and even replacing junk food with healthy snacks.

    1. Life is about choices in good, bad, and otherwise. Choosing to change is 1st step. 2nd step is knowing what change to make. The end result will be determined where the heart in this change.

      Changing is in 3 fold, mind, body, and emotion. When heart doesn’t coincide with all three then change falls to the way side and is forgotten.

      Ask your self why you are changing? What changes do you want to create in mind, body, emotion? You are more than changing only part of self in order to create who you are meant to become. Be patient with self. Start a calendar of your goals in mind, body, and emotion. Review this calendar once a month to see what needs changed. Review at the end of one year to see is you are on life path to soul path. Blessings.
