Welcome to my world.

Greetings and welcome to my world, I always say. If it’s weird and bizarre then welcome to my world.

I started yesterday unboxing a display for my art. It had been sitting outside for months, because no time for the project. Of course weather happens. I take the o rings out of the box and they are rusty.

They say to mix water and white vinegar together, then let the metal with rust sit in the mix. I did that. The longer it sat, the more black the o rings became. With in 24 hours I cleaned with the mix and scrubbed 3 times, and it only gets more black.

Now I will have to get some heavy duty metal cleaner or just get new o rings. Weather is always an important part of building outside. Typically every thing turns to crap in the desert, within two years. The sun kills every thing.

Today is another adventure through the weird and bizarre world. That is only one adventure within many adventures in one day. life gets crazy before 9 am everyday.

Everyday I wake up, I receive the wonderful world from side effects for life. I never know what side effect from cancers and treatments will pop up that day. Life is an adventure.

When life takes the path of weird and bizarre, every two hours just stop. Stop playing in that game. Switch mental gears, because it is time for a break to have some fun. It’s like recess in school. Time for a snack and to play a game. You 30 minutes for recess. What memory will you create during recess? Create a memory that makes that moment special. My special moments are creating happy foods.

Takes 20 minutes for good to get from your mouth to your stomach. After 15 minutes of eating, stop eating. Your digestive system is working very hard to do its job. Give it thr time it needs to do its job. 15 minutes and 15 minutes to process the food through relaxing. 30 minutes later get back in the game of conquering what ever you were working.

You have just received a pro bono from Dr. Lewis and you’re welcome.

Life is Love; Love is Life.

Blessings from Reverend, Dr., Lewis.

Thank you for your support.
