Yesterday I was working on a new recipe and dicing veggies. I was cutting daikon and Yu Choy. The ends were growing roots and the other was growing flowers out of the top. so I put the ends into a bowl of water.
So, just made I will be growing new veggies. Because, of medical issues I can’t go outside and do dirt right now. So, if it grows it can grow in water if not, then it can go into the recycle bin.
I have a recycler for veggies to make fertilizer for my plants.
