Greetings and welcome to 1spiricallove Church. Thank you for being a part of a spiritual gathering.

A community of creating awareness for all.

Today we are creating change through awareness. Awareness to make a difference in our own self.

Today is a waning moon Goddess. She lives through teaching awareness. When you feel that something needs to change then she is there to help.

When you feel the need for change, help will come, after you figure out what you want. Stop, back up, and pause for just one minute, and listen to your heart.

What does your heart tell you to do. With that thought. Save that thought. Wait 24 hours and do the same thing again. Wait 24 hours and do the same thing again. By the four day release that thought and forget about it.

Your intention is to release Whats is ailing your heart. This is creating a burden in your heart. This creates more pressure of wants in life.

You must find a focal point in life. The moon is the most spiritual connection to release your the burdens in your heart. You can see the moon. For a moment in time focus on what you want to change. In order to change you must release in order for change to come in.

This helps with focus your goals. Pick your focal point.

All of my life I choose my focal point throughout different periods in my lifetime. I think it then I receive it.

Key point – always be great full and give gratitude. If for some reason things don’t work out, it just means you were not specific in what you wanted.

You must define your intentions. The universe is here to help. Send your thoughts to the moon. The spirit realm is always in communication with each other. They don’t human conflict.

Share your thoughts with the lovely moon Goddess. She only wants to help.

This is from October 8 to October 21, 2025. On October 22. Relax your thoughts. Let your mind take a break for 24 hour. October 23 your intention change for Whats you want.

Start your intention very slowly each day. These are baby steps in learning a new life style. You are learning to crawl before you walk. Be good to yourself and be patient with your self.

It’s all about the baby steps into growing a new you. The body is your temple and must be treated as such.

For me, my baby step are learning the Val of silence in speech, until the waning moon is over in October. I give myself goals. When I have completed my goal I then create a reward.

I love sweet foods. I love to have sliced kiwi drizzled with blue agave syrup. This is my goal and it creates anticipation. The you can already imagine what that will taste like. That is a party in my mouth.

Anything you do in life, you must intentions and goals.

The waxing moon starts October 23rd. It will be time for a new change. I will share through helping to guide you into your new phase in life.

Life is Love; Love is Life.
