Changes from 2024 and into 2025

Greetings and welcome to 1SPIRICALLOVE Church, spirituality in a modern world.

This Sermon/Session for the week of December 28, 2024, to January 4th, 2025. Typically, a person of the cloth will read from a holy scripture. I read from universal law holy scriptures.

Many of us must find a new pathway for 2025. Many of us change naturally and many of us are forced into change. Change is enviable as it gives us an opportunity to grow in personal growth. Many of us want thing to stay the same, while many of us want change.

The key to change is understanding why it is needed. Many of us have become adjusted to the way life is and see no reason for change. These are the personality types that are afraid of change.

Tissue cells in each molecule contain memory. The memory becomes activated by one or more of a human’s five senses. Memories are mechanisms to active change. When we choose to stop changing, then the memory mechanisms begin to grow in the opposite direction.

The opposite direction becomes all the things you don’t want in life. So, if we want to keep up with a happy life then you must learn to change. Change starts with baby steps.

Don’t just think what you want because that is just wishful thinking. You must create action for what you want. For example, I have learned in life to create a language that is unique. This type of change does not cost any money, but it can cost a little part of your time.

Always keep in mind, when you rush anything in life, it will only get messed up. When you want to create a change, you must direct what it is that you want to an entity you that will receive it. Such as an affirmation. An affirmation is a written two to four sentences defining your intensions.

Don’t make a mountain out of a mole hill. That means don’t think so much and complicate what you want to change. For me I like to rhyme sentences, sort of like a poem and such. It makes it easier to remember, such as nursery rhymes.

This rhyme will create a new pattern, such as a new year’s resolution. Many of us want to change but don’t know how. This is why I always write down what I want. As you read it and say it out loud what you want, then you can decide if it is truly what you want.

For me I created a poem. I recite the poem for my new year’s resolution for my health because of my medical issues. This is my poem – Roses are Red, Violets are Blue. Set yourself free of what you have done to me. I release your bondage of the hold you had. I set you free, so I can be me.

To me this is something small that can make a big change. This is telling through communication, whatever is giving me health issues today, this is my warning that I am in charge of my health. It’s kind of like communicating to the molecules that have invade my body and decided to make me sick.

The key is – who is in control you or it? When you write down your affirmation, they are good for one week. At the end of the week, you have an option to keep or change it. As you read the poem, it pertains to past and present. Then this will change the future.

Change is and will always become positive when you let it. You must figure out what you want so you can change it. Such as my poem says to release bondage. That simply means that perhaps I ate something that didn’t agree with me. Releasing bondage is the same thing as, the molecules that gave me an upset stomach, needs to go somewhere else and leave me alone.

To rhyme it will make it more fun and then you are teaching the younger generation to create rhymes, like a nursery rhyme. Children want to learn, but only if it is fun, plus it helps the memory to remember what it needs to do.

Life is Love; Love is Life.

Blessings from Reverend Lewis.
