I burned less than 497 calories in less than 3 hours today.
Today is clean up day after graduation. We start at 5:00 am in the summer.
I have next to no body fat. I didn’t eat any food for almost 4 months during radiation and chemotherapy cancer treatments. I lost almost 65 pounds. June 2024 it will be 4 years cancer free.
I know how to keep poundage off, don’t need the dead baggage called weight. I went from 165 pounds and lost it to 113 pounds, in less than 4 months

So far I have had 3 radiation treatments and 1 chemotherapy. Now reading the mounds of paperwork from Mayo cancer center, while listening to Bob Dylan – like a rolling stone on YouTube.
